Additional snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches, and up to 6 inches above 5500 feet. * WHERE...South Washington Cascades and the Northern and Central Cascades of Oregon. * WHEN...Until 10 AM PST this morning. * IMPACTS...Roads will likely be slick and hazardous. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Accumulating snow above 4500 feet with lower elevations experiencing a rain/snow mix. Precipitation will slowly taper through the early morning. As the precipitation decreases, temperatures will steadily rise.

Skokomish River At Potlatch affecting Mason County. .One to two inches of rain over the south slopes of the Olympics will push the Skokomish River above flood stage Sunday morning. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Skokomish River at Potlatch. * WHEN...From late tonight to early Monday morning. * IMPACTS...At 16.5 feet, the Skokomish River will cause widespread flooding of pasture lands, with water flowing quickly over West Bourgault Road and Skokomish Valley Road. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:30 PM PST Saturday the stage was 16.0 feet. - Flood stage is 16.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage after midnight tonight to a crest of 16.9 feet Sunday morning. Even light snowfall amounts can accumulate on roads and cause dangerous driving conditions due to slippery and snow-covered roads.
