HAZARD...Less than a quarter mile visibility. SOURCE...Trained weather spotters reported zero to one-quarter visibility 7 miles northwest of Ritzville at 140 PM. IMPACT...Dangerous life-threatening travel. * This includes the following highways... Interstate 90 in Washington between mile markers 212 and 247.
