There will be patchy fog overnight across the Lower Columbia Basin and adjacent lower elevation valleys. Some localized spots may have dense fog. The fog will not be widespread, and may be variable in time, foggy at times, and not foggy at other times in the same areas. If traveling tonight, beware of sudden reductions in visibility. In spots where temperatures are below freezing,

...Rises expected on many rivers and streams for the next few days... Recent rains and warmer temperatures in the mountains have increased snowmelt and water levels are already rising on rivers and streams. Rises are expected to peak Sunday or Sunday night then begin decreasing. Areas affected include the Cascades, eastern Oregon mountains, the Grande Ronde Valley and the Blue Mountain Foothills.
