...Significant rises on many area rivers and streams this week... An atmospheric river event will continue through Wednesday. Abundant moisture and unseasonably warm temperatures will remain over the area through midweek. High temperatures Tuesday will be 10 to 20 degrees above normal, with some locations reaching the 60s.
