The Washington Forest Collaboratives Summit will be held, November 6-7, 2019 in Wenatchee, WA
Due to increasing travel restrictions set by our agency partners, and direction from both Governor Brown (OR) and Governor Inslee (WA), we have decided to postpone this workshop until the fall. We prioritize the health and safety of our attendees, and hope that by then there will be greater clarity around COVID-19.
Cascadia TREX will be based out of Cle Elum, WA from September 29th to October 11th, with burning conducted throughout Central Cascade Mountains in Washington. The two-week program facilitates peer-to-peer learning for those interested in advancing their understanding of prescribed fire.
Applications are due by Monday, August 12th.
The Eastern Washington Collaborative Exchange will be held Tuesday, November 5th in Wenatchee, WA
The biennial Forest Health in Oregon conference and scientific update is a great opportunity to hear from researchers and members of the forestry community about the current condition of Oregon’s forests, forest health trends, challenges, current research, and silvicultural solutions.
