Zander Evans will share findings from a new report on the Effectiveness of Wildfire Mitigation Activities in the Wildland-Urban Interface. The report examined how fuel treatments change wildfire behavior in WUI areas, analyzed over 2,000 assessments of home wildfire hazard, studied participation in Firewise, and examined implementation of CWPPs.
