Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Highway 140 near Lake of the Woods, highway 62 towards Crater Lake, Highways 138 and 232 near Diamond Lake. * WHEN...From 7 AM Wednesday to 4 PM PST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes. Temperatures are near to below freezing, and icy spots will be observed due to freezing fog. Avoid cruise control and allow plenty of space between vehicles.
