Patchy dense fog has developed on the edge of the Kittitas Valley, most evident along I-82 in the vicinity of Manastash Ridge, and along I-90 in the vicinity of Thorp Prairie and Ryegrass Summit. Visibilities are being reduced locally to a quarter mile or less and the patchy dense fog is anticipated to persist into mid- morning.

Some observations in the area show localized dense fog with visibilities down to a quarter mile, especially along stretches of Highway 11 and Interstate 84 near Pendleton and through Cabbage Hill, with other areas down to a mile. The localized dense fog is expected to continue impacting areas of the northern Blue Mountain Foothills of Oregon through this evening.
