...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 10 PM PST MONDAY BELOW 4500 FEET... * WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected below 4500 feet. Total snow accumulations of up to one inch, with ice accumulations of one to two tenths of an inch. Above 4500 feet, snow will transition to rain on Monday, with 2 to 6 inches of snow expected.

...THREAT OF RIVER FLOODING MONDAY NIGHT THROUGH WEDNESDAY FOR THE SKOKOMISH RIVER IN MASON COUNTY... A frontal system passing through western Washington will bring rainfall amounts of 1 to 4 inches over portions of the Olympics. This amount of rainfall would result in the Skokomish River rising throughout the day Monday before cresting at or above flood stage

Areas of dense fog continue this morning, localized at Walla Walla. Expecting this to clear out over the next few hours due to daytime heating, though a high-level cloud deck is making this slow to occur. Fog could persist or return tonight prior to a system moving in which is expected to help scour it out.
