Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Siskiyou Mountains and Southern Oregon Cascades. * WHAT...East winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected. * WHERE...East Puget Sound Lowlands. * WHEN...From 7 AM Friday to 10 AM PST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds will occur Friday evening between Enumclaw and Goldbar including the I-90 and US-2 corridors.
