* WHAT...Flooding caused by rain and snowmelt continues. * WHERE...Portions of North Idaho, including the following counties, Benewah and Latah and Southeast Washington, including the following county, Whitman. * WHEN...Until 700 AM PST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other flood-prone locations is occurring. State Route 27 near Oakesdale remains closed due to water over the road. Signs are in place on State Route 23 at milepost 5 just east of Shields Road with water over the road. There are also signs marking water over the road on State Route 272 east of James Road. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1213 AM PST, The Washington Department of Transportation reported ongoing flooding across the warned area. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.5 inches are likely Monday afternoon into Tuesday. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
