Additional snow accumulations of 1 to 3 feet at the Cascade crest and up to 10 inches elsewhere. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph. Blowing and drifting snow with visibilities one quarter mile or less. * WHERE...Stevens Pass, Holden Village, and Stehekin.
