Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Plummer, Oakesdale, Uniontown, Potlatch, Colfax, La Crosse, Pullman, Moscow, Genesee, Tekoa, and Rosalia. * WHEN...Until 10 AM PST this morning. * IMPACTS...Snow accumulations this morning will create challenging travel for the Wednesday morning commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind gusts up to 30 miles per hour for Pullman and Moscow down to Uniontown. Localized drifting snow for Pullman and Moscow south to Uniontown will limit visibility at times.
