...THREAT OF RIVER FLOODING BEGINNING SUNDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH MONDAY FOR PARTS OF CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN WESTERN WASHINGTON... A frontal system will bring another round of widespread lowland rain and mountain snow with snow levels rising to 5500 and 7000 feet.
