People can be swept off rocks and jetties and drown wile observing high surf. Localized beach erosion is possible.

This may lead to flooding of parking lots, parks, and roads, with only isolated road closures expected.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of northwest Washington, including the following county, Mason. * WHEN...Through late Friday night. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Relatively lower snow levels will make flooding on the Skokomish river less likely for today, yet another approximate half inch of rain is expected to fall in the basin today and into early Thursday.
