Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Lake County and eastern Klamath County, North Central and Southeast Siskiyou County, Northeast Siskiyou and Northwest Modoc Counties, and Klamath Basin, including Keno, Klamath Falls, Sprague River, Beatty, Bly, Dorris, Macdoel and Tennant. This includes Highways 139, 140, 39, 97, 66, 31 and 395. * WHEN...Until 1 AM PST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow levels could waver above 4500 feet at times in SE portions of the area overnight into Tuesday.
