Patchy dense fog has developed along the base of the Blue Mountains east of Pendleton as well as along I-84 in the vicinity of Cabbage Hill and Deadman Pass over the northern Blue Mountains. Additionally, light freezing drizzle and snow flurries have been observed across the area. If traveling, slow down, use low-beam headlights, and leave plenty of space between vehicles.
