Moderate to heavy rainfall in the Tiger Creek burn area may result in localized flash flooding today. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall impacting the Tiger Creek burn area continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of northeast Oregon, including the following area, Northern Blue Mountains of Oregon. * WHEN...From 5 AM PDT early this morning through this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations around the Tiger Creek burn area. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Moderate to heavy rainfall will be observed over the northern Blue Mountains on Monday. There is high confidence that many areas will receive one half inch of rainfall, and there is a good chance between one half to one inch of rainfall will occur.
